Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted (no refund). If we cancel the tour, we will offer a full refund or a free reschedule. If the Tokaido Shinkansen / Tokaido Line is officially suspended or a weather warning is issued for Mishima on the day, please email us before the start time for a reschedule or refund. |
