The debut release from "Distillery Drift Mark," the inaugural affiliated distillery of the Whiskey&Co. Brands Network. We proudly deliver a new craft gin from the remote island of Ama Town, Shimane.

Features

Featuring Kuromoji—known locally in Oki as "Fukugi"—as the key botanical, this gin is crafted with Saki mandarins from Ama Town, Oki's renowned Arame seaweed, and Nigari (bittern) derived from Ama Town's traditional salt-making process. It delivers a soft, "green" aroma alongside the vibrant citrus essence of Kuromoji and mandarin, culminating in a beautiful finish where a subtle sweetness gently lingers.
