Remember me
A multifaceted gin where relaxing herbal notes centered on wormwood beautifully intertwine with the refreshing brightness of Japanese sansho pepper and citrus. Earthy undertones of Tartary buckwheat tea and shiitake mushrooms, along with the floral aromas of honey and blossoms, layer seamlessly together.
Based on our signature release, Water Dragon Spirits, this truly one-of-a-kind gin is distilled with characteristic botanicals brought together by various distilleries. It delivers a profoundly complex flavor profile, woven from the 13 foundational botanicals of Water Dragon Spirits and 30 additional botanical varieties contributed by 31 distilleries nationwide.
Juniper berries, ginger (root and leaf), amanatsu peel, lemon peel, coriander seeds, angelica root, orris root, lemongrass, chamomile, eucalyptus, rosemary, spearmint (the 13 botanicals of Water Dragon Spirits) + 30 botanicals brought together by 31 distilleries nationwide (43 in total)
700ml/ABV 47%
This label features a design inspired by the "universe," beautifully capturing the profound complexity of this gin. The artwork was created by Yuki Misawa, our whisky production manager and designer.
This release is part of a collaborative project initiated in 2020 by the liquor media platform "LiquorPage" and the Western liquor specialist "Chiga Co., Ltd." Held annually since 2022, this 5th edition welcomes our very own Distillery Water Dragon as the host, bringing together 31 gin makers from across the nation.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the organizers, LiquorPage and Chiga, as well as all the participating makers, for this extraordinary opportunity.
