375ml/ABV 43%
Distilled in small batches using plums, hassaku oranges, ginger, vanilla, and tonka beans. This gin is characterized by the fruity sweetness of Japanese plums, the refreshing brightness of hassaku oranges, the soft, rich aroma of ginger, and the deep, luxurious scent of Sumatran bourbon vanilla.
Japanese Plum
Generously featuring Japanese plums from Mount Daisen in Tottori Prefecture. You can fully enjoy the inherently fruity sweetness and delightfully sweet aroma unique to the Japanese plum.
Hassaku Orange
A unique Japanese citrus where sweetness and refreshing brightness coexist, offering the essence of both oranges and mandarins. By sustainably repurposing unused hassaku peels from Wakayama's Zenbee Farm, we crafted a gin with a sweet, invigorating aroma. The lush, vibrant fragrance of fresh hassaku is meticulously extracted while perfectly suppressing any harshness.
http://zenbeefarm.jpGinger
Sourced from Wakayama's Ogawa Farm, an ingredient trusted by many renowned restaurants. Through meticulous distillation, we perfectly extract the soft, rich aroma of ginger. The moment it is cut open, a spicy kick rushes through, beautifully accompanied by a floral, blossom-like fragrance.
Vanilla
We generously and luxuriously incorporate high-quality Bourbon vanilla from Sumatra. The deep, luxurious scent of Sumatran bourbon vanilla expands beautifully, enveloping the senses.
